Elite Boxing

Real boxing technique mixed with conditioning that'll push your limits. We're not teaching you to dance around - you'll learn to throw punches that matter and build cardio that doesn't quit.

MMA Program EXTREME INTENSITY

Full MMA Integration

This ain't your typical cardio kickboxing. We combine striking, grappling, and ground work into sessions that'll test everything you've got. Expect to be sore in places you didn't know existed.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

The art of eight limbs. We teach traditional Muay Thai with modern kickboxing elements. Lots of bag work, pad drills, and clinch practice. Your shins will get conditioned whether they like it or not.
